As the Lounge Customer Service Supervisor you will provide appropriate coaching mentoring and counselling for all team members on shift to ensure the maintenance of the customer service standards within Lounges. You will be the operational leader on shift and be responsible for guides the team through disrupts operational issues and implementing customer recovery techniques where necessary.
In addition the role is responsible for identifying financial service team performance safety and operational issues and for the development and implementation of effective solutions.
