Job Description
Scope of Works:
- Responsible to oversee the progress of the site work in accordance to the project specifications/requirements in HSE Quality Schedule and Cost in the various phases of construction installation testing and precommissioning activities for the discipline up to Mechanical Completion.
- Maintain a safe secure and healthy work environment by enforcing standards/procedures reviewing the procedures/method statements/JHA attend the daily toolbox spot checking the PTW/JHA within the related work area participate in the weekly HSE walkabouts advise improvement actions to be taken at site during daily surveillance and to record these findings.
- Coordinate the Construction Supervisors and the site day to day activities to ensure site progress in compliance to the project schedule. Coordinate the work planning/preparation to sequence the site activities with the material delivery schedule and to identify worksite issues and resource adequacy to the work progress. Coordinate between different discipline work both from Contractor and Project Management Team in accordance to the site sequencing site conditions handover matters and to timely resolve the issues.
Qualification/Skills:
- 59 years of experience in position
- Familiar with PEDMS (advantage)
- Familiar with Modelling Software (e.g. Naviswork) (advantage)
- Familiar in various aspects of Onshore/Offshore Construction execution
- Skill and familiar with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Power Point)
- Good communication skill with contractor & direct labour
- Registered with CIDB
- Having valid OGSP
