Job Description
Chapter lead & Squad lead Role for Cloud Operations Team
The Cloud Operations Chapter Lead and Squad Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the cloud operations team ensuring the efficient and reliable operation service in cloud infrastructure (AWSAzureGCP) and delivering exceptional service to highdemand customers (External markets)
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement cloud operations strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead and mentor a team of cloud operations professionals.
Oversee cloud infrastructure design implementation and maintenance.
Manage cloud operations ensure security and compliance and optimize resource utilization.
Promote automation and DevOps practices.
Manage stakeholder relationships engage with customers and collaborate with team members.
Close collaboration with business development team and customers for new customer acquisition
Demonstrate strong technical expertise problemsolving skills and selfresilience
Qualifications :
- Years of experience in software industry
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science IT
- 5 years of experience in cloud operations leading teams and working with multi cultures customers counterparts stakeholders
- Strong technical expertise in cloud platforms automation and DevOps.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and project management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and mindset.
- Ability to manage stakeholders engage with customers and collaborate effectively.
- Selfresilience and ability to handle stress and challenges
