Our client a topnotch company specialized in manufacturing is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

• Establish and develop the relationship with key suppliers and vendors.
  

• Negotiate commercial terms to achieve competitive pricing timely delivery and highquality standards.
  

• Continuously evaluate and enhance the supplier base to align with the companys requirements.
  

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to grasp their product and supply requirements.
  

• Implement procurement strategies to align with monthly sales demands minimize costs and guarantee timely deliveries.
  

• Engage with the director to anticipate future purchasing needs and work together with the production logistics and sales teams.
  

• Monitor purchasing costs and optimize spending.
  

• Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure a seamless movement of products from suppliers to warehouses and ultimately to customers.
  

• Oversee the inventory index and monitor and manage the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) process.
  

• Handle the goods returns disputes and any issues arising from vendors.
  

• Conduct performance reviews and development plans for team members.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  

• At least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry specifically consumer goods.
  

• Experience in working with Chinese partners.
  

• Able to use ERP/SAP systems
  

• Proficiency in English is essential preference is given for candidates with Chinese speaking
  

• Preferred if understanding PULP/ SAP
  

• Proactive and possess strong problem solving skills
