Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee operations optimize workflows and achieve business objectives. This role involves strategic planning team development and crossdepartmental collaboration to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily team operations ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop strategies and plans based on business goals monitor progress and evaluate outcomes.
- Identify and address operational challenges using data analysis propose and implement solutions and focus on achieving measurable results.
- Recruit train and mentor team members fostering a highperforming and motivated workforce.
- Build a sustainable talent pipeline aligned with the organizations growth objectives.
- Collaborate with other teams to mobilize resources track project progress and ensure timely completion of crossfunctional initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher is required.
- Proven experience in managing teams ideally in a warehouse or similar environment.
- Strong organizational problemsolving and decisionmaking skills with the ability to handle pressure and adapt to flexible schedules including travel and overtime.
- Selfmotivated quick to learn and skilled in communication coordination and team leadership.
- Commitment to upholding and practicing corporate values in daily operations.
- Willingness to participate in a 23 month training program in Shanghai. The organization will cover all expenses and regular wages will be paid during this period.
