Role Description
This is a fulltime remote role for a Director of Revenue Operations at a growing U.S.based company. The Director of Revenue Operations will be responsible for overseeing the company’s revenue operations processes optimizing workflows across sales marketing and customer success and ensuring the efficient use of HubSpot as the main CRM. This role will focus on driving revenue growth through process improvement data analysis and crossfunctional alignment.
Qualifications
- 3 years experience in Revenue Operations Sales Operations or a similar role.
- Handson experience with HubSpot CRM (required) including setup automation and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Experience working crossfunctionally with sales marketing and customer success teams.
- Proficiency in data management reporting tools and revenue forecasting.
- Excellent problemsolving skills process improvement experience and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with other tools (e.g. data visualization software Excel or Google Sheets) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize the revenue operations strategy to align sales marketing and customer success efforts.
- Manage and enhance HubSpot CRM ensuring data integrity automation and adoption across teams.
- Develop and implement processes to improve sales pipeline efficiency lead management and customer lifecycle management.
- Build dashboards and reports to track key revenue metrics including pipeline health conversion rates and forecast accuracy.
- Analyze data to identify trends gaps and opportunities for revenue growth and process improvement.
- Collaborate with sales marketing and customer success leadership to align processes and strategies with company goals.
- Implement automation and tools that reduce manual work and improve team productivity.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes workflows and best practices.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive revenue performance.
Compensation
$3000 $6000 per month paid in USD depending on experience.
