Role Overview
The Head of Sales will lead the sales strategy execution and team management with our client. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth through acquiring new customers expanding their customer base and building longterm relationships with institutional clients. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in sales leadership within the fintech or cryptocurrency space a deep understanding of market dynamics and the ability to develop a highperforming team.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field (advantageous)
- 3 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the fintech cryptocurrency or blockchain space with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and scaling sales teams across different markets and geographies.
- Indepth understanding of the cryptocurrency market blockchain technology and financial regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with both clients and internal teams.

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute the global sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets driving growth across both retail and institutional markets.

- Market Intelligence: Stay uptodate with cryptocurrency industry trends competitor offerings and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- CrossDepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with marketing product and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company goals product offerings and market positioning.
- Sales Analytics & Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership ensuring datadriven decisionmaking.
