Our client is a company operating a marketplace for consumers sellers and content creators. It offers merchandise and content purchased for resale from vendors and those offered by third party sellers.
Job Title: Technical Support Tech I
Location: New Carlisle IN 46552
Duration: 3 Months

Job Description:
Primary responsibilities include:
  • Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
  • Identifies researches and resolves technical problems.
  • Responds to telephone calls email and personnel requests for technical support.
  • Documents tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
Qualifications:
  • May require an associates degree in a related area and 03 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Has knowledge of commonlyused concepts practices and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on instructions and preestablished guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Works under immediate supervision.
  • Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

  • Supporting upcoming demand for team to meet required number of rack handoffs.
Typical Day in the Role:
Interaction with Team:
  • Collaborative Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.

  • Relies on instructions and preestablished guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Typical Task Breakdown:
  • Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
  • Identifies researches and resolves technical problems.
  • Responds to telephone calls email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
  • Physical Position Will be on their feet moving items lifting up to 40 lbs and fixing issues as needed.
Daytoday activities include:
  • Similar to a Data Center Role / Responsibilities
  • Working in varying temperature areas (Hot & Cold Aisles)

  • May require an associates degree in a related area and 03 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Help Desk Experience not transferable for this position Looking for past experience in Physical work (Warehousing Supply Chain Retail Etc).
  • Networking Experience
  • Hands on experience with physical infrastructure installations including hardware integration racking and cabling
  • Troubleshooting Hardware Experience
  • Able to stand for hours at a time / lift up to 40 lbs.
Top 3 musthave hard skills:
  • Looking for past experience in Physical Work Environments (Warehousing Supply Chain Retail Etc).
  • Networking / Troubleshooting Hardware Experience
  • Hands on experience with physical infrastructure installations including hardware integration racking and cabling.
