We are looking for an AIDriven Training Programs Architect to design implement and optimize training programs tailored to diverse business needs using AIdriven methodologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Design and Development:
   

• Create comprehensive AIpowered training programs for clients and internal teams tailored to specific industries and roles.
  

• Develop curriculum frameworks for various formats including selfpaced learning live workshops and hybrid models.
  

• Utilize tools like Moodle Articulate or other Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deploy programs effectively.
  

1. AI Integration in Training:
   

• Incorporate AI technologies into training methodologies such as adaptive learning platforms chatbots and virtual assistants.
  

• Leverage AI analytics to identify learner needs track progress and customize training content.
  

• Explore and deploy gamified AI solutions to enhance engagement and retention.
  

1. Stakeholder Collaboration:
   

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure training aligns with client and organizational goals.
  

• Engage with HR L&D teams and other stakeholders to identify skill gaps and design targeted training programs.
  

• Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
  

1. Content Creation and Management:
   

• Develop and manage a repository of training materials including courses videos guides and assessments.
  

• Ensure all training content is uptodate relevant and aligned with the latest industry trends.
  

• Use tools like Canva Figma or Adobe Suite for visual content creation when needed.
  

1. Analytics and Reporting:
   

• Use AIpowered tools to track training outcomes learner engagement and overall program effectiveness.
  

• Generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights to improve program performance.
  

1. Quality Assurance:
   

• Conduct regular evaluations of training materials and delivery methods to ensure highquality learning experiences.
  

• Stay informed of advancements in AI and elearning to continuously refine training programs.
  

1. Leadership and Guidance:
   

• Act as a thought leader in AIdriven training sharing insights and best practices with internal teams and clients.
  

• Train facilitators instructors and mentors to effectively deliver AIenhanced training programs.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education:
  

• Bachelor s degree in Education Instructional Design Computer Science or a related field.
  

• Experience:
  

• 3 years of experience in training program development instructional design or elearning management.
  

• Proven track record of integrating AI tools into training solutions.
  

• Technical Skills:
  

• Proficiency in LMS platforms such as Moodle Blackboard or Canvas.
  

• Familiarity with AI tools like OpenAI TensorFlow or adaptive learning platforms.
  

• Strong content creation skills using tools like Adobe Suite Canva or Figma.
  

• Experience with video editing software and interactive content creation tools.
  

• Soft Skills:
  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  

• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  

Benefits

Compensation and Contract Details:

• Salary:
  

• Base: 40000 KES for managing training programs for up to 4 brands.
  

• Additional: 10000 KES per extra brand up to a maximum of 8 brands.
  

• Hours: Fulltime 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.
  

• Contract:
  

• Initial duration: 3 months renewable based on performance and program impact.
