We are seeking an AIDriven Skills Development Instructor to design and deliver training programs that upskill employees and clients across various industries helping them leverage AI tools and methodologies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Design & Development:
   

• Develop comprehensive AIfocused training curriculums tailored to different skill levels (beginner to advanced).
  

• Incorporate interactive elements realworld case studies and handson practice to ensure practical learning outcomes.
  

• Regularly update training materials based on emerging AI trends and tools.
  

1. Training Delivery:
   

• Conduct live (virtual or inperson) workshops webinars and oneonone coaching sessions to teach AIrelated skills.
  

• Utilize engaging and adaptive teaching methods incorporating AIdriven tools for interactive learning.
  

• Evaluate learner progress and provide targeted feedback to ensure skill mastery.
  

1. AI Tools & Platforms Integration:
   

• Introduce learners to a range of AI platforms (e.g. OpenAI TensorFlow Hugging Face) and applications (e.g. chatbots predictive analytics).
  

• Demonstrate best practices for integrating AI technologies into daily workflows and processes.
  

• Offer guidance on selecting and implementing the most suitable AI tools for specific needs.
  

1. Assessment & Feedback:
   

• Develop and administer quizzes projects and assessments to measure skill acquisition.
  

• Analyze performance data using AIdriven analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.
  

• Provide actionable feedback to learners helping them refine and enhance their AI skills.
  

1. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
   

• Collaborate with internal teams (HR product marketing) to align training initiatives with broader business objectives.
  

• Partner with clients to customize training programs that address their specific industry or functional requirements.
  

• Coordinate with subject matter experts to incorporate domainspecific insights into training modules.
  

1. Continuous Improvement:
   

• Stay current on AI advancements and emerging technologies to refresh and refine training content.
  

• Collect and analyze learner feedback to optimize instructional methods and course materials.
  

• Experiment with innovative teaching methodologies including microlearning and gamification.
  

1. MultiBrand Training Management:
   

• Provide training for up to 4 brands under the base compensation of 40000 KES.
  

• Handle additional brands at 10000 KES per brand up to a maximum of 8 brands.
  

• Adapt instruction to align with each brand s unique objectives and culture.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education:
  

• Bachelor s degree in Education Computer Science Data Science or a related field.
  

• Certifications or advanced coursework in AI machine learning or instructional design is a plus.
  

• Experience:
  

• 3 years of experience in a training or instructional role preferably involving AI data science or related technology domains.
  

• Demonstrated success in designing and delivering dynamic interactive training programs.
  

• Technical Skills:
  

• Familiarity with AI frameworks and platforms (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch OpenAI).
  

• Proficiency in using elearning software and Learning Management Systems (e.g. Moodle Blackboard Canvas).
  

• Basic programming knowledge (Python or R) is a strong advantage.
  

• Soft Skills:
  

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities capable of teaching diverse audiences.
  

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  

• Adaptability and creative thinking in instructional design and delivery.
  

Benefits

• Salary:
  

• Base: 40000 KES for providing training for up to 4 brands.
  

• Additional: 10000 KES per extra brand up to a maximum of 8 brands.
  

• Hours: Fulltime 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.
  

• Contract:
  

• Initial duration: 3 months renewable based on performance and organizational needs.
