Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning and Budgeting:
   

• Develop and oversee budgets for the company and client accounts using AI tools for predictive analytics.
  

• Create datadriven financial forecasts to support strategic planning.
  

• Monitor financial performance against budgets and propose actionable insights.
  

1. AIPowered Financial Analysis:
   

• Utilize AI tools to analyze large datasets identify trends and provide actionable insights for decisionmaking.
  

• Automate financial reporting and reconciliation processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  

• Develop AI models for revenue forecasting risk assessment and cost optimization.
  

1. Accounting and Compliance:
   

• Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping using AIpowered accounting platforms.
  

• Oversee compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
  

• Perform regular audits and implement controls to safeguard company finances.
  

1. Client Account Management:
   

• Manage financial workflows for client accounts including invoicing payments and profitability analysis.
  

• Provide financial insights and recommendations tailored to clientspecific needs.
  

• Ensure proper allocation of resources across multiple brands and projects.
  

1. AI Strategy in Finance:
   

• Research and recommend AI tools to optimize financial operations.
  

• Collaborate with tech teams to implement AI solutions for expense tracking fraud detection and financial modeling.
  

• Stay updated on emerging AI trends in financial technology.
  

1. Team Collaboration and Leadership:
   

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
  

• Mentor and guide finance team members in adopting AIdriven workflows.
  

• Communicate financial performance and insights to stakeholders effectively.
  

1. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
   

• Generate periodic financial reports with realtime insights powered by AI.
  

• Evaluate and improve the efficiency of financial operations using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  

• Present financial data and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• Education:
  

• Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g. CFA CPA) are a plus.
  

• Experience:
  

• 5 years in finance accounting or a related role.
  

• Experience with AIpowered financial tools such as QuickBooks AI Xero or SAP Analytics Cloud.
  

• Proven track record of managing finances for multiple brands or business units.
  

• Technical Skills:
  

• Proficiency in AI and data analytics tools such as Python Tableau or Power BI.
  

• Familiarity with cloudbased accounting platforms and financial software.
  

• Strong knowledge of financial modeling forecasting and budgeting techniques.
  

• Soft Skills:
  

• Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  

• Strong communication and presentation skills for financial storytelling.
  

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  

Benefits

Compensation and Contract Details:

• Salary:
  

• Base: 40000 KES for managing financial operations for up to 4 brands.
  

• Additional: 10000 KES per extra brand up to a maximum of 8 brands.
  

• Hours: Fulltime 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.
  

• Contract:
  

• Initial duration: 3 months renewable based on performance and evolving business needs.
