We are looking for an ambitious and innovative AIDriven Sales Lead to spearhead our sales strategies leverage AI tools for sales automation and manage client relationships across B2B and B2C markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and execute AIpowered sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify segment and prioritize target markets and potential clients using AI insights.
Define sales goals monitor performance and create action plans to exceed objectives.
AIPowered Sales Processes:
Utilize AI tools for lead generation pipeline management and customer segmentation.
Automate routine sales processes such as followups and lead nurturing using AIdriven CRM systems.
Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights and improve sales strategies.
Lead Management:
Qualify leads using AIbased predictive scoring to focus efforts on highpotential prospects.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Build strong relationships with decisionmakers and key stakeholders.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring exceptional service and support.
Identify opportunities to upsell and crosssell AI solutions and digital transformation services.
Proactively address client needs and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns and promotions.
Collaborate with product teams to understand and communicate product value propositions.
Coordinate with customer support teams to ensure a seamless postsale experience.
Sales Reporting and Analytics:
Track and report on key sales metrics including conversion rates and revenue growth.
Use AI analytics tools to forecast sales trends and identify improvement areas.
Provide regular updates to leadership on sales performance and strategies.
MultiBrand Sales Management:
Oversee sales efforts for up to 4 brands under a base compensation of 40000 KES.
Handle additional brands at 10000 KES per brand up to a maximum of 8 brands.
Customize sales approaches to align with each brand s unique value proposition.
AI Innovation & Experimentation:
Stay updated on advancements in AIdriven sales tools and technologies.
Test and recommend new tools to improve sales efficiency and client engagement.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience:
3 years of experience in sales or business development preferably in tech or AIrelated industries.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with AIdriven sales tools.
Strong understanding of sales automation and predictive analytics tools.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Resultsoriented with a proactive and innovative mindset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation and Contract Details:
Salary:
Base: 40000 KES for managing sales for up to 4 brands.
Additional: 10000 KES per extra brand up to a maximum of 8 brands.
Hours: Fulltime 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.
Contract:
Initial duration: 3 months renewable based on performance and AI integration progress.
