We are seeking a talented Website Designer and Developer with expertise in WordPress and Elementor to create visually stunning userfriendly websites that enhance brand presence and deliver seamless user experiences.
Website Design and Development:
Design and develop responsive highperformance websites using WordPress and Elementor.
Customize themes and plugins to align with client requirements and brand identity.
Ensure websites are optimized for speed SEO and user engagement.
UI/UX Design:
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
Conduct usability testing and implement feedback to enhance user experience.
Incorporate modern design trends while maintaining functionality and accessibility.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
Monitor and maintain websites to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring timely resolution.
Perform regular updates backups and security checks for client and company websites.
Content Management:
Work closely with content teams to integrate and optimize multimedia elements blogs and ecommerce features.
Implement dynamic and interactive features using Elementor widgets and plugins.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with clients to understand their goals preferences and design specifications.
Coordinate with marketing content and technical teams to align websites with broader business objectives.
Provide training and support to clients on managing their WordPress sites effectively.
Quality Assurance and Testing:
Conduct rigorous testing across devices and browsers to ensure compatibility.
Implement quality control measures to ensure the delivery of errorfree and functional websites.
Continuous Improvement and Learning:
Stay updated on the latest WordPress Elementor and web design trends.
Experiment with new tools and techniques to improve development workflows.
Share insights and best practices with team members to foster a culture of innovation.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Web Design Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
3 years of experience in website design and development using WordPress and Elementor.
Proven track record of creating dynamic responsive websites for diverse clients.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in WordPress Elementor and related tools.
Proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript and PHP.
Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
Experience with website optimization tools and techniques.
Knowledge of website security protocols and practices.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Creativity and problemsolving abilities to deliver innovative web solutions.
Salary:
Base: 40000 KES for designing and developing websites for up to four (4) brands.
Additional: 10000 KES per extra brand up to a maximum of eight (8) brands.
Hours:
Fulltime 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.
Contract:
Initial duration: Three (3) months renewable based on performance and evolving company needs.
