About the Position:

Report to: This is an individual contributor role and position will report to Growth Head.
Working Days: 5 days (Monday Friday)
About the Role:
We re looking for a proactive and empathetic Partner Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our clients. You will handle email chat and escalation support ensuring smooth communication and effective issue resolution. Your role is vital in delivering a seamless experience to our clients and maintaining strong relationships.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Manage email chat and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
Build and maintain strong client relationships understanding their needs and challenges.
Become a product expert by quickly learning vFulfill s tools and solutions and handling all technical queries with confidence.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client feedback and drive continuous improvement.
Monitor client engagement to identify opportunities for enhanced value and support.
Education: Bachelor s degree in any field.
Experience: 2 years in customer support preferably in ecommerce SaaS or tech solutions.
Skills:
(1) Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
(2) Problemsolving skills with a proactive mindset.
(3) Experience with tools like Intercom Zoho Desk Zendesk or similar platforms.
(4) Ability to manage multiple tasks independently while maintaining a clientfirst approach.
