Job Description
- A Los Angeles based corporate defense trial law firm servicing clients throughout California and across the country!

What you will be doing:
- Provide legal support and representation to clients in defense cases background in medical malpractice skilled nursing facility defense products liability personal injury and employment law strongly preferred.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to develop effective defense strategies.
- Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings discovery motions and briefs.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Attend court hearings depositions and other legal proceedings.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of relevant state and federal laws and regulations.
Experience you will need:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in California and license in good standing.
- 311 years of solid litigation experience background in defense is strongly preferred.
- Strong research and writing skills required.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Must be available to work inperson.
- Available to travel 1025%.
