Job Location: Onsite Santa Ann California

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with expertise in Labor and Employment law to join our dedicated legal team. The successful candidate will manage complex employment disputes provide strategic legal guidance and represent clients zealously across various legal forums. Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in labor and employment matters including issues related to wrongful termination discrimination and wage and hour disputes.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research to develop compelling case strategies and defenses.
  • Draft and review key legal documents including pleadings motions and agreements.
  • Manage discovery processes such as conducting depositions and reviewing documents.
  • Negotiate and mediate settlements aimed at achieving amicable resolutions.
  • Develop robust litigation strategies aligned with the clients goals and labor regulations.
  • Maintain current knowledge of developments in labor and employment law.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys to ensure a thorough and cohesive legal approach.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California state bar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in labor and employment litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional research analytical and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with trial advocacy and employmentrelated case management.
  • Proven record of success in handling labor and employment litigation cases.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and litigation management software.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $170000 $200000 annually
