A dynamic and clientfocused law firm is seeking a Defense Litigation Attorney Medical Malpractice to join its team. The firm specializes in civil defense litigation with practice areas that include insurance defense construction law employment law and bodily injury defense. Position Overview:
The firm is looking for an experienced skilled Medical Malpractice Attorney. .The ideal candidate will have Defense Experience and 10 or more years of medical malpractice experience overall.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of civil defense matters from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings motions and briefs.
- Represent clients in court hearings depositions mediations and trials.
- Communicate effectively with clients opposing counsel and court personnel.
- Develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- A minimum of 10 years of civil litigation experience.
- Strong legal research writing and oral advocacy skills..
