Job Description

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the interior design and construction industry.

Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.

Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our services.

Monitor and report on business development activities and results.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development sales or marketing within the interior design and construction industry.

Strong understanding of the interior design and construction market.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in CRM tools and other business development software.
