We are searching for a Junior Digital Communication Specialist to join our modern and dynamic HR Branding Team. Your goal: work on engaging and striking content and visuals that align with our brands vision and strategy and allow our companys culture to shine! You will collaborate with various forms of content for both our internal and external communications bringing your vibrant ideas to life.

The HR Branding and Marketing Team represents the voices of our colleagues. Our job is to distill the vibes and thoughts of our teammates around the world so they are shared seen and felt across all our communications. Whether its a friendly Slack message wellcrafted sticker design or social media post that creates a new First Line Software fan we are proud to spread the word about our team.

Key Responsibilities
Develop various content for social media platforms email campaigns and communication channels.
Create visually appealing banners graphics and other digital assets.
Track social media and communication trends suggest ideas for engaging content.
Ensure all visuals adhere to the brand guidelines while remaining creative and eyecatching.
Technical Expertise
Experience in content creation including visuals and shortformat videos.
Experience with Figma for design and collaboration.
Experience in Canva for quickturnaround projects.
Exposure to GenAI tools.
Bonus: Experience with email marketing platforms like Stripo Mailchimp or similar.
Qualifications and Skills
English proficiency is a must on our team.
Creative Expertise: understanding of typography layout and ongoing industry trends.
DigitalFirst Mindset: the ability to design for a variety of digital platforms including social media banners work with email templates.
