Job Description
Are you a detailoriented professional with a knack for organization and a passion for supporting employees Optotune a global leader in adaptive optical systems is looking for an HR Specialist to join our team.
Tasks
- Responsibility for personnel administration from entry to exit of Swiss employees (data management coordination of trainings references etc.)
- Responsibility for the absence management process (filing of certificates controlling link to insurance/payroll)
- Managing & Supervision of the time tracking system (Namely Time)
- Correspondence with authorities and external partners (payroll)
- Contact person and 1st level support for employees and supervisors on HR issues (employee inquiries by mail/HR mailbox)
- Coordination of employee meeting invites (Management updates etc.)
Requirements
- Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn some basics of Swiss labour law and common HR processes
- Communicative and open personality
- Serviceoriented way of working
- Digital affinity & proficient in MS Office especially Outlook
- Good knowledge of English
