Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will be fluent in one of the following languages: French German Danish or Dutch. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide information about products and services resolving issues and concerns efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Assist in the development of FAQs and training materials based on customer feedback.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering highquality service.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: French German or Dutch.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks.
