Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking an Automation Strategy Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on understanding client needs identifying operational bottlenecks and crafting detailed actionable automation strategies. The consultant will work closely with developers and client teams to ensure seamless project implementation.
What will you do You will
- Conduct discovery sessions to gather data and identify client needs operational challenges and technology gaps.
- Map out processes and workflows using tools like Lucid or Miro.
- Develop detailed project scopes timelines and resource requirements.
- Recommend and document appropriate automation tools including CRM integrations APIs and platforms like Zapier or Make.com.
- Provide clear deliverables to developers for implementation.
- Facilitate client training and create best practice guides or short instructional videos.
- Continuously evaluate completed projects and propose new automation strategies for ongoing client success.
Requirements
You might be the one if you have
At least 5 years experience in designing automation strategies that align with business goals.
Experience in process mapping and optimization.
Strong capability in requirement gathering and scope creation.
Solid understanding of CRMs APIs webhooks and automation tools like Zapier.
Technical knowledge to bridge client needs with developer execution.
