Job Description
Role : Electrical Engineer
Location : Milpitas CA Onsite
Skills : Electrical Engineer Cable harness design PDU design Tool Integration testing. Previous exprs in KLA.
The Design Lead will be responsible for overseeing bios Test/Interface/uC Board Design CPU tasks and driving the design process while ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
1. Lead and manage the bios design test/interface/uc board design and cpu design projects from concept to production.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define design requirements and specifications.
3. Conduct design reviews provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with industry standards.
4. Develop and implement design strategies to optimize performance reliability and efficiency.
5. Troubleshoot design issues analyze test results and make recommendations for improvements.
6. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to bios test/interface/uc board design and cpu.
7. Mentor and train team members to enhance their design skills and capabilities.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in bios design test/interface/uc board design and cpu design methodologies.
2. Strong knowledge of hardware design principles circuit design and schematic capture.
3. Experience with bios development tools testing methodologies and debugging techniques.
4. Familiarity with microcontrollers microprocessors and systemonchip (soc) architectures.
5. Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders present design proposals and documentation.

Experience in KLA design and process standards

Experience on the IMC rack Power Enet and Fiber Cable design installation and testing

Hands on experience on Cable harness upgrade and installation

Experience in Power budget calculation

Knowledge on the thermal test and power measurement

Experience in Interconnect diagram and Schematic design

Hands on experience for OMS and test procedure creation

Material procurement and Design Validation
Certifications: Relevant certifications in bios Test/Interface/uC Board Design and CPU design are a plus.
