Insight: We are looking for someone who bring edu experience worked with government and bring consulting background. Someone who is good with implementation and ops efficacy can design the program process system for scale; will be managing of team of 8 so people management skills should be there

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

a. Develop comprehensive project plans in alignment with the organisations strategic objectives.

b. Coordinate the execution of these plans ensuring milestones and goals are met on schedule.

2. Leadership and Team Management:

a. Lead mentor and support a team of Implementation Coordinators fostering an environment of collaboration and professional growth.

b. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:

a. Establish and maintain strong relationships with government agencies educational institutions and other key stakeholders.

b. Communicate project objectives progress and outcomes to stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment.

4. Monitoring and Evaluation:

a. Implement monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness and impact of program interventions.

b. Use data and feedback to inform continuous improvement in program strategies and execution.

5. Content Development and Training:

a. Oversee the development of highquality educational content and training materials. b. Organise and facilitate professional development sessions for educators ensuring alignment with project goals.

6. ProblemSolving and Adaptation:

a. Identify challenges and barriers to project success developing and implementing effective solutions.

b. Adapt project plans and strategies in response to changing conditions and feedback from stakeholders and team members.

7. Financial and Resource Management:

a. Manage the allocation and utilization of project resources and budgets ensuring efficient use and compliance with funding requirements.

8. Reporting and Communication:

a. Prepare detailed reports on project progress and outcomes for the Director of Program Strategy and Impact.

b. Ensure clear and effective communication within the team and with external partners.

Essential Requirements

1. Post Graduate or equivalent degree in management studies or social sciences or related discipline

2. A total experience of 68 years in providing and managing technical support to program and grants in middle secondary and/or higher education and a minimum of five years of experience in managing largescale teacher professional development programs/interventions

3. Intrapreneur who is selfmotivated proactive and actionoriented to take the initiative to scale developing a powerful service that can impact learning and life outcomes via the payment for outcome route in multiple States of India.

4. Experience in leading at least three largescale statelevel education reform projects 5. Demonstrated ability to successfully work with a range of stakeholders including government agencies community leaders donors and NGOs on issuedbased advocacy initiatives.

6. Strong management and leadership qualities including the ability to innovate. 7. Excellent organisational and planning skills ability to work in a fastpaced work environment and meet deadlines consistently.

8. Experience in developing education resources/research papers including implementation training teaching and learning resources.

9. Demonstrated ability to successfully work with a range of stakeholders including government agencies community leaders donors and NGOs on issuedbased advocacy initiatives.

10. Strong management and leadership qualities including the ability to innovate. 11. Excellent organisational and planning skills ability to work in a fastpaced work environment and meet deadlines consistently
