Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Exceptional Troubleshooting Experience Skilled in SQL and Frontend application workflow.
- Understanding of database and table structure.
- Ability to troubleshoot errors identify processes impacting performance connect to databases hosted by the client.
- Identify client network connectivity issues install applications.
- Ability to assist with login and password issues for patients providers and office staff.
Technical Skills:
Windows Admin Active Directory Group policies RD Gateway (Remote Desktop) Performance Optimization Printer configuration File share permissions Networking VPN tunneling Network Connectivity DBA Performance Tuning/ optimization Indexing DB maintenance.
