Responsibilities:
- Align teams functions and stakeholders to foster seamless collaboration and ensure shared objectives are achieved.
- Lead crossorganizational initiatives by planning integrations managing dependencies and effectively resolving challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategy and requirements serving as the central communication point for complex programs.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to develop and execute detailed delivery plans ensuring timely results.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to design build and implement comprehensive solutions from concept to delivery.
- Optimize delivery processes through automation enhancing transparency and establishing a single source of truth.
- Promote teamwork and synchronization across diverse groups to maintain alignment and operational efficiency.
- Identify assess and mitigate risks in collaboration with leadership to ensure uninterrupted progress.
- Drive continuous improvement through datadriven approaches and by fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
- 8 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager Integration Program Manager or a similar role managing software development projects.
- Extensive experience collaborating with software engineering teams on largescale initiatives within Agile environments.
- Expertise in migrating cloudbased SaaS products managing infrastructure and integrating APIs.
- Proven track record of managing multiple project streams simultaneously with precision and effectiveness.
- Strong technical background with knowledge of APIs software customization and componentization.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira Confluence and Airtable.
- Exceptional communication skills capable of engaging effectively with diverse audiences.
- A passion for process optimization and operational excellence.
- A growthoriented mindset with a drive for continuous learning and embracing challenges.
- Excellent relationshipbuilding and influencing skills.
