This role is pivotal in driving our growth by identifying engaging and nurturing potential clients while helping us expand our reach in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect Generation: Identify and research potential clients using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo and similar platforms.
- Outbound Outreach: Initiate and maintain outreach efforts through cold calls personalized emails and LinkedIn messaging to build relationships with prospective clients.
- Qualify Leads: Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities client interactions and prospect details in HubSpot (or Salesforce).
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies with campaigns and company goals.
- Tech Savviness: Utilize sales engagement tools (e.g. Outreach.io SalesLoft) to streamline communication and track engagement metrics.
- Insights Sharing: Provide feedback to the team on lead quality and outreach effectiveness to refine strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar role preferably in SaaS healthcare or tech.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for crafting compelling messages.
- Tech Stack Familiarity:
- CRM: HubSpot Salesforce or similar.
- Prospecting Tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo Seamless.AI.
- Outreach Platforms: Outreach.io SalesLoft.
- Collaboration: Slack Google Workspace (Gmail Docs Sheets).
- Driven Personality: Selfmotivated goaloriented and eager to grow within a fastpaced environment.
- Healthcare Interest: Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes is a plus.
