Job Description
About the Job
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job description,posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Maintain employee records according policy and legal requirement.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Calculate employee salary, social insurance, tax, manage employee insurance.
- Other tasks the the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment,training & delelopment.
- Understanding labor law and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Proficient in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant filed; further training will be a plus.
- HR credentials.
