Job Description
Job Overview
As an S/4 Support Specialist you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP S/4HANA system. You will be responsible for providing technical support troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements to optimize system performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP S/4HANA and possess excellent problemsolving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA system including troubleshooting issues and resolving tickets in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify system requirements and implement solutions to meet business needs.
- Perform testing and documentation for enhancements upgrades and patches.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement recommending and implementing solutions as needed.
- Create documentation to support endusers in utilizing the SAP S/4HANA system effectively.
- Stay uptodate with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of the system.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance & Accounting Commerce Information Systems or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA support or implementation.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules and functionalities including Finance Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is a plus.
- Experience with SAP Fiori SAP Solution Manager and other SAP tools and technologies is preferred.
