Job Description

Our client is a leading logistic company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
  • Communicating with customers and suppliers.

  • Making data for sales monthly report.

  • Visiting the maker and customer with sales if some cases have problems.

  • Receiving customers & agents inquiries and sending quotations (Air/Sea Export) to customers agents.

  • Smooth handling all nominated sea/air export shipments as per company s standard operating procedure.

  • Coordinating and holding internal meetings for customers requirements (cost down design change...).

  • Issuance all.

  • Other jobs will be discussed more in the interview.




Requirements

  • Female

  • University graduate with a major in International Business Administration Economics Business English or relevant fields.

  • Understanding clearly procedures for ocean air export and import shipment.

  • Have at least 2 years experience in the same position (working for a Japanese company is preferred).

  • Good skills in using Microsoft Office (Word Powerpoint Excel ).

  • Proficient in English skill.

  • Strong customer service and problemsolving skills.

  • Willing to update new regulars & laws related to jobs.

  • Good ability of communication negotiation and have a high sense of responsibility.

  • Ability to work independently with a high level of professional integrity and ethics.

  • Teamwork skills enthusiasm.

  • Can work under high pressure.
