Summary:
A General manager is responsible for overall plant operations and improving efficiencies shaping environment building the organizations and increasing departmental profits
Description:
Develop growth strategy and metrics and decision making skills
Head up day to day operation for unit and proven track record and man management
Establish Budget and financing and ensure staffs adequate the goals
Assess and verify team progress towards objectives
Analytical approach for problem solving skills
Develop and maintain quality systems and controls to ensure customer satisfaction
Review the analysis of Monthly/quarterly/Annual budget and cost optimization
Adhere to all organization policies and procedures
Relevant Work Experience
Min 13 Years in Junior management role (Asst.Manager /Dy.Manager )
5 Years in Middle management role (Plant Manager/Sr. Manager/AGM/DGM/General manager ) role
Technical Skills
5S Kaizen SAP TPM
