As a digital marketer your primary objective would be to facilitate our superhungry sales team through demand generation. We are looking for a rockstar performance marketer who will be responsible for ideating implementing monitoring and reporting campaigns across all digital platforms. In addition to being an outstanding performance marketer you will also collaborate on SEO strategies leveraging support from the inhouse team and an external agency to meet overall leadgeneration goals. You should demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills to excel in this role.
- Develop digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation optimize customer engagement and enhance inbound traffic by understanding campaign goals and ICP with an emphasis on lead quality and conversion.
- Drive efficiency in campaign management through a deep understanding of measurement tools attribution models audience segmentation and marketing funnel dynamics.
- Collaborate with the SEO team and external agency to integrate paid and organic efforts contributing to overall inbound lead generation goals and achieving SEOrelated targets.
- Work closely with inbound and integrated marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns across all digital channels with a primary focus on paid marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external creative content and product stakeholders to implement messaging across touchpoints including coordination with different agencies.
- Establish robust tracking and reporting mechanisms to capture key metrics leveraging analytics tools to monitor performance and inform datadriven decisionmaking.
- Own and drive productwide initiatives helping other team members execute similar initiatives for their respective products or geographies.
- Analyze website traffic patterns collaborate on CRO experiments and recommend improvements to maximize inbound traffic performance.
- Research and implement emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing focusing on driving inbound growth through paid and organic channels.
- Mentor individual contributors (ICs) with a focus on delivering worldclass execution sharing expertise and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within the team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Technology or an equivalent marketing degree.
- A minimum of 7 years experience in a handson digital marketing position.
- Indepth knowledge of various digital marketing platforms and best practices. Experienced in working with LinkedIn Google Ads DV360 Marketplaces Facebook/Instagram Reddit Quora and Twitter.
- Excellent analytical abilities to measure and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Adaptability to changing environments a willingness to learn and the ability to work well with crossfunctional teams across geographies.
- Must be a team player who is also comfortable working independently.
- Up to date on the best practices latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Endtoend campaign execution experience; B2B product marketing experience is preferred.
- Basic familiarity with SEO concepts website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and experience coordinating with SEO specialists or agencies will be a plus.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) Liveramp and handling a media agency will be an added advantage
