Job Description

Performing Daily Accounts Receivable activities mainly update AR system contact Customers for outstanding Invoices prepare AR meetings and process credit extensions.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Weekly contact with each customer on overdue invoices ( 14 Days)
  • Update A/R Log with detailed collection notes listing actions on each invoice and timely followup
  • Proactively identify and help resolve problem accounts
  • Build key relationships with clients and internal staff to more effectively resolve issues and collect payment on invoices quickly
  • Weekly reporting on slowpaying clients and aged invoices
  • Weekly updates in AR Meeting with Management
  • Weekly 1 on 1 meeting with Operational departments
  • Support Accounting Department with miscellaneous projects and assignments
  • Review F2F reserve reports and contact collection offices
  • Internal Meetings with Account Management
  • Deposit Application 

 


Qualifications :

Qualifications Skills:

  • Minimum two years of relevant experience in Public Accounting and/or industry
  • Must have solid intermediate level Excel skills
  • Good data entry and computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize a demanding workload
  • Telephone Skills
  • Effective interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills English 
  • Good Customer Service
  • Customer Portals
  • Technically proficient and have strong accounting analytical financial modeling and research skills
  • Excellent organization skills and detailedoriented
  • Motivated selfstarter and work with urgency
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to accept and implement change as it occurs
  • Strive for continuous improvement create best practices
