Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence:
- Manage and optimize Front Office operations for an outstanding guest experience.
- Supervise guest arrivals and departures ensuring smooth checkins and checkouts.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping to uphold room cleanliness and productivity goals.
- Ensure public areas maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
Financial Oversight:
- Achieve financial performance targets for revenue expenditure and market share.
- Ensure accurate billing oversee cash handling procedures and support the Finance Department.
- Develop and control department budgets striving for cost efficiency without compromising quality.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit train and mentor staff fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Conduct regular performance reviews address performance issues and celebrate achievements.
- Champion Accor training initiatives and support staff career development.
Customer Focus:
- Deliver efficient friendly and professional service to all guests.
- Lead by example in creating memorable customer interactions and resolving challenges.
- Implement Accors customer vision: Offer the Best Service to Our Customers.
Health & Safety:
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in line with legislative requirements.
