Provide supporting role in administering overall departmental functions in the areas Contract Administration such as of Work/Orders / Release Orders Organizing Administration Budget Planning and Utilization Time writing Purchases Services Filing Fixed Assets and Processing Invoices.
Design and format high impact/critical technical papers presentation materials & training manuals and updating technical documentation. Key resources for any departmental events functions meetings workshop seminars and briefings. Key resources for department rearrangement in term of setup and layout and provide assistance/expertise for the setup and arrangement of new project offices.
Administer department in a timely efficient and cost effective manner to support business and operational objectives and plans and in compliance with the approved policies and procedures.
Requirement
Minimum SPM or Industrial/Technical certificates.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in digital data processing.
