Must Have:
1. Bachelors degree in Instructional Design Education or a related field.
2. Strong organizational and project management skills.
3. Proficiency in instructional design tools and software.
4. Previous experience or familiarity with Learning Management Systems is an added advantage.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Malay).
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Detailoriented with a commitment to producing highquality work.
Main Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Course Development:
Collaborate with clients to identify their learning needs goals and define the scope of the course to be developed.
Design and develop instructional content for various delivery methods including elearning modules instructorled training and multimedia materials.
Work closely with the development team to create engaging and effective learning materials.
Work closely with subject matter experts (external and internal) to ensure accuracy and relevancy of instructional materials.
- Assist in Project Management:
Support Project Managers in coordinating and monitoring project timelines.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Assist in organizing and maintaining project documentation.
- Learning Management System (LMS) FrontEnd Admin:
Serve as the primary administrator for LMS.
Manage user accounts enrollments and course configurations within the LMS.
Stay updated on LMS features and updates to optimize system functionality
