o Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with production schedules and company objectives.
o Analyze material requirements based on forecasts and production demands.
2. Supplier Management:
o Identify evaluate and establish relationships with reliable suppliers.
o Negotiate contracts pricing terms and conditions to ensure favorable agreements.
o Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
3. Cost Optimization:
o Conduct market research to identify costsaving opportunities and trends in raw materials.
o Implement strategies to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality.
4. Quality Assurance:
o Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure all purchased items meet industry standards and company specifications.
o Address and resolve any supplier quality issues promptly.
5. Inventory Management:
o Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
o Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for efficient storage and delivery.
6. Compliance and Documentation:
o Ensure compliance with legal safety and environmental standards in all purchasing activities.
o Maintain accurate and uptodate records of purchases contracts and supplier certifications.
7. CrossFunctional Collaboration:
o Work closely with engineering production and finance teams to align procurement with operational goals.
o Support new product development initiatives by sourcing required components and materials.
Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Strong negotiation communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and supply chain logistics is a plus.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detailoriented with excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
