Job Description
What will you be doing
As a EC&I Engineer you will join a team in Derby to support our activities within the Nuclear Sector.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Translate highlevel requirements into detailed technical specifications ensuring compliance with industry standards such as IEC 61513 IEC 61227 and IEC 61508.
- Create detailed designs for electrical control and instrumentation systems including schematics wiring diagrams and layouts.
- Collaborate with vendors to source and manage equipment ensuring adherence to technical specifications and timelines.
Who are we looking for
- EC&i Engineers will have a strong background in electrical control and instrumentation engineering with experience in designing developing and maintaining systems across industrial or hightech environments.
- Engineers familiar with the industry standards codes and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :
Experience skills and qualifications required:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in in Electrical Engineering Control Systems Engineering and Instrumentation Engineering or a related field.
- Proficient in relevant design and simulation tools (e.g. ETAP EPLAN).
- Knowledge of grid codes standards and regulatory frameworks.
