Job Description
- Performing routine maintenance on a wide range of equipment such as entry systems security equipment lifts and computer aided control systems machinery equipment including heating ventilation and air conditioning.
- Completing small repairs such as fixing locks leaky taps and broken furniture
- Checking and maintaining safety equipment such as fire alarms fire extinguishers automatic fire vents
- Preparing surfaces for painting by washing walls repairing holes or removing old paint and applying paints and other finishes to various surfaces
- Performing repairs to floor and wall tiles regrouting and replacing mastic on various surfaces
- Performing grounds maintenance such as replacing exterior light bulbs and fixtures
- Inspecting and troubleshooting problems and issues reported
- Maintaining tools and equipment required to perform the role effectively
- Following a maintenance schedule to ensure that all routine tasks are completed
Qualifications :
- You have knowledge of building repairs including electrics and plumbing.
- You have experience of following Health & Safety procedures.
- You are a born optimist who always put our guests colleagues and communities first.
- You are your authentic self.
