Job Description:
Global Business Service consists of team of personnel spread globally who handle Procure to Pay (P2P) & Global Supplier Management. Under general supervision P2P team is responsible for (but not limited to) PO creation circulation Supplier requests review MIS resolving invoice/PO queries Price File Management etc. for Clients locations globally. And Global Supplier Management is responsible for (but not limited to) supporting the supplier masters in Clients systems globally for Clients locations. The supplier management process includes reviewing and processing supplier request by validating and verifying all supplied data ensuring accurate data is entered resolving duplicates and all local issues including taxes obtaining proper documentation and approvals for each supplier type communication with plant personnel at all levels and compliance with all audit activities.
