Job Description
- Lead by example to provide efficient friendly and professional F&B service to all guests
- Direct the functioning of the F&B operation relating to employees guest issues brand standard audits facilities sales and costs to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees guests local community members and vendors
- Maintaining effective communication giving direction training & development of staff support timely feedback and recognition of performance
Qualifications :
- A charismatic leader inspiring the Food & Beverage team to provide our patrons with a genuinely unforgettable experience. Your leading by example approach will be infectious
- Experienced with local marketing knowledge in the restaurant industry
- Highly organised and able to manage daytoday operations
- Be a calming influence in the midst of a high pressured fast paced environment with the ability to sustain and drive positive morale creating a culture that people want to be a part of
- Foster positive relationships with other key managers department heads and stakeholders to meet business needs
- Be a progressive creative professional who remains pragmatic and focused in an ever changing and challenging environment
- Detail focused with the ability to deliver consistently highquality service
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in managing F&B in a hotel environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
