As Revenue Manager you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by driving revenue growth through strategic management and datadriven insights. You will play a pivotal role in executing revenue strategies optimizing pricing generating detailed reports and ensuring rate integrity for the hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of Revenue Management Strategies across a portfolio of hotels.
- Analyze business segmentation daily pickup and market data to inform revenue strategies.
- Implement rate and inventory management across distribution systems ensuring rate integrity.
- Maintain regular communication with senior leaders to identify revenue opportunities and refine strategies.
- Facilitate and prepare Revenue Management meetings focusing on optimizing hotel performance.
- Monitor competitors and market trends using advanced rate shopping and analytics tools.
- Assist with monthly forecasts budget preparation and endofmonth reporting.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a Revenue Manager in a hotel or resort setting.
- Advanced knowledge of reservations and property management software as well as revenue management systems.
- Proficient in budgeting and forecasting revenue targets particularly for transient rooms conferences events and leisure groups.
- Ideally able to work from Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort to effectively manage the properties.
- Capable of training and providing ongoing support when implementing new strategies and approaches.
- Strong commitment to fostering collaborative working relationships.
- Confident in driving change and innovation.
