Job Description
Talent Masters is recruiting a Corporate Attorney for a prestigious and rapidly growing law firm in the Miami area renowned for its commitment to legal excellence and employee development. The firm is seeking Aplayers who are highly motivated independent and dedicated to building a longterm career. Role Description/Duties:
- Lead corporate law matters with a focus on M&A corporate transactions employment contracts and NDAs.
- Manage a variety of corporate and transactional cases ensuring compliance and sound legal guidance.
- Serve as an advisor to executives on complex corporate matters supporting their business growth and legal needs.
Qualifications:
- JD and active Florida Bar license required.
- Minimum 5 years of full corporate experience with 68 years preferred.
- Strong background in M&A Employment Contracts and corporate/transactional law.
