Job Description
An AVrated civil litigation firm is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its Tampa office.
This position involves working on cases and claims related to liability insurance coverage issues. The role requires a detailoriented attorney with strong research writing and analytical skills who can manage multiple projects efficiently.
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of civil litigation experience
- Prior experience handling insurance coverage matters
- Strong research writing and analytical abilities
- Excellent timemanagement and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing liability insurance coverage issues for thirdparty claims
- Preparing comprehensive coverage opinions and legal memoranda
- Drafting and reviewing pleadings motions and discovery
- Representing clients in insurance coverage litigation and providing strategic advice
- Effectively managing multiple cases and deadlines
