We are assisting them in their search for aStaff Attorney to join their Technology Transactions group.You willengage withcomplex legal issues in the technology entertainment and life sciences sectors while supporting a practice that handles some of the most sophisticated M&A and financing transactions in the market.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
2 years of experience at a major law firm with a focus on licensing/commercial contracts and M&A transactions.
Experience witha variety of M&A and financing transactions providing essential legal support and document review.
Expertise in preparing written summaries and disclosure schedules and maintaining and updating document databases.
Ability to organize and track due diligence materials managing information requests and responses efficiently.
Strong computer literacy including experience with Microsoft Office Microsoft SharePoint iManage or other document management software.
REQUIREMENTS:
Top law school credentials with excellent academic performance.
Active NY BAR membership or eligibility to waive in.
Detailoriented and demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically.
Strong oral written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented fastpaced environment.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Salary: $120000 $150000
