A premier business law firm with 18 offices across 12 states and Washington D.C. is seeking a litigator with 4 to 7 years of experience to join its Boston MA office (remote/hyrbid schedule available). The firm is known for offering comprehensive legal services across more than 40 practice areas supported by a highly integrated national platform.
This role provides an opportunity to work within the firm s multidisciplinary team focusing on representing clients in commercial litigation matters across state federal and appellate courts. Attorneys with experience in financial services litigation and/or commercial litigation will find this role particularly aligned with their background.
This position is ideal for a midlevel attorney looking to further develop their litigation skills in a culture that values collaboration excellence and hard work.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Experience:
4 to 7 years of litigation experience.
Proficiency in drafting complaints answers motions written discovery and other pleadings.
Experience conducting and defending depositions arguing dispositive motions and engaging in other courtroom activities.
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to prepare persuasive written work product.
Licensures:
Must hold an active license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in good standing.
Licenses to practice in Rhode Island and New Hampshire are a plus but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality work product.
Experience in commercial and/or financial services litigation.
A teamoriented approach to trial preparation and execution.
Confidence in representing clients during meetings and interactions with opposing counsel.
A demonstrated dedication to client service and advocacy.
