Personal InjuryAttorney
Career Consulting Partners is partnered with a successful Injury law firm that has over 300 5star reviews on Google providinglegal representation to clientsacross 40 cities throughout California and a staff of 40 employees. We are in search of a Litigation Attorney with 1 2 years of personal injury experience. We are open to both plaintiff and defense attorneys.You must be able to travel throughout all of California to attend court hearings and depositions litigate trials and conduct arbitrations. Prior experience is crucial.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Experienceattending trials/arbitrations depositions mediations and other court appearances.
- Prepare pleadings set up motions draft legal documents mediation briefs and trial briefs.
- Will train attorneys with civil litigation experience interested in Personal Injury
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 2 yearsexperience in personal injury law is a must
- Excellent organizational skills and time management are a must.
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines while multitasking and working in a fastpaced environment is necessary.
- Admission to the State Bar of California and in good standing
- Juris Doctor (JD) Degree
