Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of our brand strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong brand identity developing marketing campaigns and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute brand strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with business objectives.
2. Build and maintain brand identity: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity including brand positioning messaging and visual identity.
3. Develop marketing campaigns: Create and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness engagement and conversion.
4. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams: Work closely with sales product and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
5. Conduct market research: Stay uptodate with market trends competitor activity and consumer insights to inform brand strategy.
6. Manage brand budget: Develop and manage brand budget to ensure effective allocation of resources.
7. Measure and report brand performance: Track and analyze brand metrics providing regular reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field.
2. Minimum 35 years of experience in brand management or marketing.
3. Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies that drive business growth.
3. Deep understanding of brand development management and maintenance.
4. Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and communicate complex ideas simply.
5. Ability to analyze data identify insights and develop creative solutions.
