Reporting to the Head of Compliance and Compliance Advisor in London the main purpose of this role is to assist in delivering a critical worldwide Compliance project by liaising with aircraft operators across the globe and provide excellent & proactive support to our ACS Brokers and Offices.
The project primarily concerns requesting the addition of ACS to Aircraft Operators insurance cover. This will involve:
- Contacting Aircraft Operators both by email and telephone
- Tracking the call and contact status of all outbound and inbound actions
- Maintain and develop contacts with Aircraft Operators to ensure the ongoing delivery of the project
- Confirming and where necessary finding accurate Aircraft Operator information
- Maintenance and update of the Compliance Project Database
- In due course other Compliance duties may be added
- Supporting the Legal & Compliance team more broadly in our daytoday activities
- Other general office duties as required
Qualifications :
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Desire to immerse self into role and commit to the demands of the role
- Proficient in MS Office packages
