Job Description
Within the IT department of Natixis BPCESI in Distribution et Data within the Data Team Context:
Natixis is the corporate bank of management insurance and financial services of the Group BPCE the second bank player in France with 36 million customers through its two networks Banque Populaire and Caisse dEpargne.
With more than 16 000 employees Natixis intervenes in three fields of activity within which she(it) has strong business expertises:the Bank of Big Customers the Savings and the Insurance and Specialized financial services. Corporate functions.
It accompanies in a longlasting way all over the world its own clientele of companies financial institutions and institutional investors and the private individual clients professionals and SME of both networks of the Group BPCE.
We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. A strong background in data analysis statistical methods and data visualization is required. Work closely with various departments to gather data analyze trends and provide actionable insights to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Management:
Gather and clean data from various sources including databases spreadsheets and external APIs.
Maintain and update databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Data Analysis:
Analyze large datasets to identify patterns trends and correlations.
Use statistical techniques to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Reporting:
Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
Prepare visualizations using tools like Tableau Power BI or Excel to communicate complex data in an understandable format.
Collaboration:
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing finance and operations to understand their data needs and provide support.
Collaborate with data engineers and other IT staff to improve data collection and processing methods.
Business Insights:
Provide recommendations based on data analysis to drive business strategies and improve performance.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress towards goals.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Computer Science Mathematics Statistics or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with statistical methods and data modeling techniques is a plus.
- Must be frenchspeaker at least C1
